The geographical proximity of the Western Balkans makes the region of particular importance for the EU, which supports economic and political reforms in these countries. Jointly presented by the embassies of Slovenia and Croatia - itself a member of the region as well as the EU's newest member state - and the EU Delegation to Japan, "From Tokyo to the Morava River" is a documentary film by young Japanese filmmaker Moku Teraoka about his travels in the Balkans with a native of Bosnia currently residing in Slovenia. The screening will be preceded by an introduction by Mr Teraoka and followed by a live performance of music from the soundtrack.
