EU and Japan to hold 16th round of FTA negotiations in Tokyo next week

The European Union and Japan will be holding their 16^th round of negotiations toward a bilateral free trade agreement in Tokyo from 11 April to 15 April.

The EU side will be led by Chief Negotiator Mauro Petriccione, Deputy Director-General at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Trade. The chief negotiator on the Japanese side will be Koji Haneda, Ambassador for International Economic Affairs.
