Successful weekend for EU Media supported movies: 15 Césars and 2 Oscars

15 of the 22 Cesars awarded this weekend went to 8 EU Media supported films, among the most successful were Mustang by Deniz Gamze Ergüven, and Marguerite by Xavier Giannoli. For the 4th consecutive year, the Oscar to Best Foreign Language Film went to a MEDIA supported film, Son of Saul. Another EU co-funded film, Amy, won the Oscar for Best Documentary.
