Accession conference with Serbia: First two chapters opened

The second meeting of the accession conference with Serbia at ministerial level was held on 14 December 2015. The conference opened negotiations on two chapters:

- Chapter 32, on financial control;
- Chapter 35, on other business: Item 1, on normalisation of relations between Serbia and Kosovo.

Accession negotiations with Serbia started in January 2014. This second meeting marked the start of substantial negotiations, as these are the first two chapters to be opened.
